At the heart of our lamps lies the Totumo, a tropical fruit cherished for centuries by indigenous people and peasants. Its exceptional hardness and beautiful shapes make it ideal for crafting both decorative and utilitarian objects. We carefully cultivate and harvest Totumo trees locally, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards. Through a meticulous drying process, the Totumo reaches its desired color and consistency, resulting in the high-quality Totumo needed for our lamps.
Respecting and honoring Mother Nature, we use only recovered wood that has completed its natural cycle. These woods boast unique characteristics, shaped by years of healing, making each lamp truly one of a kind. Our wooden materials are responsibly collected from various points in our diverse region of eastern Colombia, promoting sustainability while preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings.
